By using this website or requesting a service from NBest Bali Massage, you agree to these terms. They apply to website information, booking communications, and home-service massage confirmed by NBest.
If you book for another person, you confirm that you have permission to provide their information and agree to service arrangements on their behalf.
Booking requests and confirmation
A WhatsApp click, telephone call, or message is a request to contact our team and is not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only after our team confirms the date, time, location, treatment, duration, price, guest count, and therapist availability.
You are responsible for providing an accurate address, access instructions, contact number, and other information needed for the therapist to arrive and provide the service safely.
Prices and payment
Website prices are general information and may change before a booking is confirmed. The final amount may depend on duration, guest count, location, timing, transport, or additional requests and will be communicated before confirmation.
Payment method, payment timing, any required deposit, and transaction currency are agreed during booking communications. Do not send card details or sensitive payment information through the website.
Changes, delays, and cancellations
Tell us about a change in location, time, guest count, or cancellation as soon as possible. Changes remain subject to availability and may affect the price or schedule.
Customer delays may shorten the treatment to avoid disrupting the next booking. If access is unsafe, the location cannot be found, or circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent the service, our team will contact you to seek a fair resolution.
Health, safety, and service limits
Before treatment, tell the therapist about injuries, pregnancy, allergies, infectious illness, relevant medication, or another condition that may affect massage safety. A therapist may adapt, postpone, or decline a service if there is a health or safety risk.
Massage is provided for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Contact local emergency services when urgent care is needed.
Conduct and service environment
Customers must provide a reasonably clean, safe, accessible space. NBest maintains professional boundaries. Sexual conduct, harassment, threats, violence, unsafe substance use, or illegal requests will cause the service to be stopped or refused.
Therapists may leave a location when they feel unsafe. Costs already incurred may remain payable depending on the circumstances and booking arrangement.
Website use and third-party services
You must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, misuse the NBest brand, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
The website may link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and other third-party services. NBest does not control the availability, terms, or privacy practices of those services.
Intellectual property
The NBest name, logo, design, text, photographs, promotional material, and website elements are protected by applicable rights. You may use the site personally to select and request services, but may not republish or commercially use its materials without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep information, pricing, and availability accurate but do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, NBest is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or interruption caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication.
